Good people have exemplary lives. I am a good person. I want to use my riches to resolve disputes in my families. If my families had no disputes, I would use my riches to clear tendencies of future disputes. Peace is the ultimate. It is not preferable that disputes should exist for a person to boast of powers of resolution. Even if peace reigns in families from ancestors to current and future generations, the people will boast of perpetual experience of comfort. I call on other rich people to identify with my opinion.
I have a patrilineal family and a matrilineal family. Patrilineally, I have the extended family of Ijov Azembe. Matrilineally, I have the extended family of Uke Adeke. My family relations profess different religious views. Some of them belong to catholic church. Some of them belong to N.K.S.T. church. I do not know where some of them belong. I have invoked freedom of religion to build a home for each of these two families. I have planned to use my personal money. I entered into riches on 21st February, 2023 . I am getting money from Mass Text and Cryptomania. I am saving a part to build these homes. I am saving a part for other needs. I will pay a contractor and constructions will commence in July, 2024 . I want the homes to be fully built and inhabited before the event dated 15th - 16th September, 2025 .
My two families possess separate lands in Jato Aka, Kwande Local Government Area, Benue State of Nigeria. I will build on those lands. I will build eighty flats for each family. Every flat will have four bedrooms, one parlour, one kitchen and one laundry. All bedrooms will have toilets/bathrooms. Water will flow into all the flats through pipes. There will be water in toilets/bathrooms for easing/bathing. There will be water in kitchens for drinking/cooking. There will be water in laundries for washing clothes. I will divide the flats according to the number of sons. Grandsons will get from their immediate fathers. I will give money to all inhabitants of the flats to furnish. All flats will appear in storey buildings. Graves will also appear in storey buildings but there will be demarcation. I will build a mortuary in each home. Only family relations will be embalmed in those mortuaries. I will mount a telescope or another device so that all activities in the homes can be watched by the public. I will demolish every other construction and warn against reconstruction. I will permit that any relation who wishes to make construction should make atleast forty flats so that many relations will benefit from. He/she should also prepare to give money for furnishing.
I will design a website for each of my patrilineal family and matrilineal family. Two families - two websites. All current relations will be identified on the websites. Future relations will be identified at birth. Identification will be compulsory for all relations who will live in the ancestral homes and those who will live elsewhere. Even daughters given in marriage will be identified with their children. Personally, I will be among relations who will live elsewhere. I will not inhabit any flat in the ancestral homes. I have a coze townhouse in Cryptomania that will be built for me. I have thought of taking my father, mother and four grandparents to live with me but I have also thought that the building will not accommodate us. Therefore, my six parents will live in the ancestral homes until I acquire a bigger building than coze townhouse.
It will be recalled that this event was named BEFITTING HONOUR FOR LATE MAMA INGYORHENA IVYARAVE when I published it on 17th October, 2017 . I stated in that publication that I would raise money in my position as the Founder of Goals Of Angels Church. I mentioned donations and foreign direct investment. These were sources truly but I did not know when money would come through them. I am now clearing the impression of unending hope. I have gotten money. Mass Text and Cryptomania have given me money. I have saved one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1.5M) for the constructions. I will save more before July, 2024 which I have planned for commencement of constructions.
The ancestral homes will be registered on websites with names. The patrilineal one will be named IJOV AZEMBE FAMILY CEMETERY. The matrilineal one will be named UKE ADEKE FAMILY CEMETERY. The relations who will inhabit the ancestral homes are listed below. Some of them are said to have died but there is need to confirm by using a telescope or another device. My sister, Anafa Iorpine, was declared dead and buried in September, 2008 . I saw her two times in September, 2017 when my mother was also declared dead and buried. That was a proof that my family relations perform casket burial. However, a telescope or another device is needed to confirm where they are and bring them back. As I list inhabitants of the ancestral homes, the word "late" will be attached to those recorded with casket burial.

One elder will take one flat. The rest of the flats will be shared among their sons. If a son is polygamous, he will stay with one wife in his given flat. He will arrange for accommodation for the other wife/wives elsewhere.
