Festivity is an important aspect of human life as it demonstrates contentment. With the certainty of Goals Of Angels Church to enrich all members, they are not allowed to hold individual feasts. Examples of individual feasts are marriage feasts, birthday parties, send-off parties and retirement receptions. There is a logic here. All members of this church are going to be rich. It is definite that they will all organize individual feasts and expect others to attend. These constant celebrations will take the time reserved for labour, rest and other activities. In view of this, individual feasts are not allowed in this church.
Collective celebrations such as university convocations, new year celebrations and labour day celebrations are allowed. Our members can observe them. Specific religious feasts in this church are three. The religious feasts are:
1. Feast of Truth
This feast will be celebrated yearly on 11th November to commemorate the day on which the profession of this church was stated. I rejected falsehood and professed Jesus Christ as the true God who made heaven and earth on 11th November, 2010 .
2. Feast of Purity
This feast will be celebrated yearly on the day which this church will take over the governments of all countries on earth and become a kingdom. In other words, this feast is the celebration of theocracy. The day is not known but when the theocratic kingdom is achieved, the feast will be celebrated yearly.
3. Feast of Science
This feast will be celebrated yearly on 1st July to honour inventors of formulae. During this celebration, we will recall names of past and present inventors. We will recall inventors who are late and those who are alive. We will honour them. We will also honour custodians of their formulae. Religion has much to do with scientific inventions. A sensible religious scholar must hold unto the fact that the earth will have no glory if scientific inventions do not exist. I have placed this feast in every mid-year for our members to reflect individually on past and future experiences about science. In every year, experiences of the first six months will be considered as past. Experiences of the last six months will be considered as future.
Conclusive Notes:
1. Our church conducts Trumpeting on Saturdays. Fridays are set aside for preparations. A feast and Trumpeting can not be combined. If a festive date falls on a Friday or a Saturday, we will shift the celebration to Sunday. For example, we will celebrate Feast of Truth on 13th November if it falls on a Friday. We will celebrate it on 12th November if it falls on a Saturday.
2. Members of our church should not honour what other christians celebrate as Christmas, Easter, Pentecost and so on.
