The catholic church sings a song in Tiv language that says, "iyange i kuu hembadoon a imaren wan la. Guda uyemen ape mliam ma lu la a uyemen ape ier iniongo la". This quotation means "the day of death is better than the day of giving birth to a child. It is better to go where there are cries than going to where a feast is celebrated". The two ideas conveyed in the above quotation are wrong. Those ideas lead people to develop puritanical behaviours which destroy the earth. To cite an example, Francis of Assisi left his home and dwelt among birds and wild animals in deserts. The birds and wild animals became his companions that he invited to sing praises to God. The Pope, universal head of the catholic church, was pleased with Francis and performed religious ceremonies that made Francis permanently poor.Woe! Francis made a vow of poverty and formed an order in the catholic church. What can we learn here? The Pope was educated but Francis was not. Why did the Pope fail to enlighten him on the importance of living with riches? The Pope took advantage of Francis' uneducation and converted his destiny. Do catholic priests not drive cars? Does the Pope not fly in an official helicopter? Do catholic priests not live in good buildings? Are these not riches? Why did the Pope fail to enlighten Francis on the importance of living with riches? Today, people who have copied the example of Francis of Assisi and their acquaintances are destroying the earth. I see men and women mixing excreta with food to sell. I saw one man urinating at his borehole where people pay money to fetch water. This borehole is in Aso "C", Nassarawa State of Nigeria. Those men and women who mix excreta with food to sell are found in many places across Nigeria. All these people are puritans. A puritan is defined as a person who hates enjoyment. The hatred for enjoyment may be due to lack of money to pay for cost of enjoyment. The hatred may be due to uneducation.

Correction:
We should love riches. We should love enjoyment. People who are born in riches should struggle to remain in riches and enjoy unto death. People who are born in poverty should struggle to acquire riches and enjoy unto death. The Bible says in Revelation 21:27 that anyone who is unclean or anything that is unclean will not enter the kingdom of God. Without riches and enjoyment, we can not be clean because people will not see glory in us. If a person rejects riches and dies young, he/she will be unclean in the sight of God. God wants righteous people to live up to old age so that they will have time to train their juniors. If a person rejects riches and lives a miserable long life, he/she will face daily ridicules. A ridiculous person can not boast of worshipping the almighty God because there is no glory in his/her life. He/she will rather transmit ridicules through his/her life to the name of God.

I will upload the song later.
